What we collect, and what we do with it.

On this site

The contact form collects your name, company, phone, turnover band, city and what you write. It is sent to us by email and used only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list. Call booking is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. We run no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site.

In an engagement

Agents read business data you authorise: accounting, production, sales, logistics. It is processed to produce the reports and actions in your proposal, stored in India, and not shared with anyone outside the engagement. Access is logged. On termination, data is returned or deleted as you instruct, in writing.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We reply within seven working days. This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The call-booking widget on the contact page is served by Calendly and sets Calendly's cookies when it loads. The contact form is delivered by Formspree. Both operate under their own privacy policies. Nothing else on the site talks to a third party.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for twelve months after the last contact, then deleted. Engagement data is kept for the term of the contract and deleted or returned within ninety days of it ending, unless the contract or Indian law requires longer.

Deleting your data

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" from the address or phone you contacted us with. We confirm within seven working days what was held and that it is gone.

Children

AgentJi works with businesses. The site and the form are not directed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
