Fees, the guarantee and refunds

Fees are set out in the proposal you sign: an implementation fee for each agent and a monthly maintenance fee while it runs. There are no other charges. If the saving agreed for the first agent is not met in 90 days from go-live, AgentJi keeps working at no charge for up to 90 more days until it is. That is the remedy. Fees already paid are not refunded in cash unless your contract says so.
